Frivolous expenditure but I do enjoy using it!
Way too expensive for what it actually does but I love how it works in auto-mode. Floors are very clean after use (not perfect). It gets the floors a little too wet, but they do dry OK. Kind of a pain to remove the vacuum filter, then the filter housing, then clean out the dirty water apparatus. I do this after each use, not sure what they recommend. The self-cleaning works, but the roller is still a little damp and dirty looking 24 hours after wash/dry. I just take it out and wash it myself. The amount of dirty water sucked up is much, much less than what the machine puts out. It’s not perfect but I sure enjoy using it.

In general, this vacuum cleaner is only effective on hard wood surfaces. The suction power is insufficient for carpets, even on low-pile carpets.Most people use the medium setting for daily cleaning, but it doesn’t pick up cat hairs well.Don’t solely rely on the AW rating for suction power. In reality, there are many factors that influence cleaning power, such as the head shape, design, and how well the roller presses the cleaning surface. I own a Dyson V11, which has a lower AW rating than this vacuum cleaner, but it performs better at medium speed and can sustain longer use.Now I end up using the high speed setting for most tasks, which drains the battery in 10 minutes. In comparison, the Dyson can perform the same job at medium speed and last almost half an hour.

Ya he comprado productos de esta marca y han salido muy bien, desgraciadamente esta vez fue la excepción. La pantalla de la aspiradora solo mostraba el símbolo de wifi. Después de cargarla por completo, solo mostraba ese símbolo y el nivel de carga de la batería. Traté de usarla y tras 5 minutos de uso, simplemente dejó de funcionar. Ya no encendía ni la pantalla ni la aspiradora. Ahora tengo una aspiradora que no sirve y Amazon me pide devolverla pero que yo pague envío… ¡elcual cuesta 11,200 pesos debido a que debe mandarse al centro de atención de Roborock en las Vegas! O sea, el precio completo de la aspiradora. Debí haber atendido a la malas reseñas que tiene la aspiradora en internet. Completamente arrepentida de haberla comprado.Nota adicional: Después de contactar por teléfono del servicio a cliente de Amazon, me reembolsaron el costo de la aspiradora porque estaba dentro de los 30 días de garantía. Estaba vez si debo reconocer que Amazon actuó a favor del cliente y acorde a sus políticas.

I really love this machine. One time, my bathroom was suddenly flooded due to a backflow. On a whim, I tried using this vacuum cleaner to handle the situation, and to my surprise, it effectively sucked up all the water. I was so lucky. Thankfully, it saved me. Otherwise, I have no idea how long it would have taken to drain all the water. The entire bathroom was flooded, and the water even leaked into the room. It was such a mess.You just need to remove the clean water tank, and the machine can start vacuuming the water. Once the dirty water tank is full, just empty it and continue. After repeating this process a few times, I was able to clean up the entire flooded area. It was truly impressive.I also want to praise the customer service for being very responsible. One day, I suddenly noticed that the clean water tank was leaking. I contacted the customer service right away, and they immediately got in touch with the manufacturer I think. Since it was still within the one year warranty period, I only needed to provide the receipt, and they sent me a new water tank as a replacement. I was so grateful, because this machine is really amazing and I did not want to give it up just because of a water tank issue.Thank you so much. This is a trustworthy company with products that offer great value. Definitely worth buying again.

Nunca se enlaza a la app, pero es una chulada limpiandoEdit: ya se arregló lo de la app pero ahora tiene un bug que no detecta cuando desbloqueas el cabezal y te sigue pidiendo que lo desbloquees y no funciona, este problema es intermitente pero es molesto. Por ahora le bajaremos una estrellita y pasa de 4 a 3Update: pesimo, de plano ya no funciona, el sensor del cabezal no lo detecta cuando se desbloquea, una tristeza, primer y último producto que compro de la marca

I purchased this vacuum three weeks ago. The vacuum I initially received was defective. It kept telling me to lock the head even though the head was locked in place. Also, it didn’t charge even though I placed it on the dock. I immediately contacted Roborock customer service, and they sent me a shipping label for the return. It took two weeks for the entire process for them to send me a replacement.Now, I received a new vacuum just yesterday. It says I need to place it on the dock even though it is already on the dock. Again, it is defective with the same issue. They have serious quality control issues with this particular product, considering this vacuum cost over $500. I have never experienced this with their robot vacuums.I hope my review helps people who are considering buying this vacuum. I requested a refund because I don’t believe the quality of this product is worth the price. Please be aware of this. It may not be worth it.
