My first choice!
No issues. Great price. Just wish they would bring back the bundle they offered last year.it came with this and an Echo Show 5. Set up is easy and customer service is great if needed. They provide the tools needed for set up and the battery life is pretty good.

This is a great product I got for my dad and he loves it. He really enjoys being able to check on the camera and also speak through the doorbell especially because it means not having to leave his recliner 😂 Has night vision and great for the feeling of security. Worth every penny. Battery life and sound quality hit the mark.

Sound doesn’t work
Four stars because it was good camera is good to buttt I’m having a hard time with the sound sometimes you can talk through it and sometimes you can’t so yeah kinda disappointed in that

Refurbished but looks and performs like-new
This doorbell and camera are newer than the one I already have, but it is still a refurbished model. It looks like-new and seems to work just fine. I intend to use this one on my back door, under the porch roof. The one I already have on my front door has a solar charger that fits around the doorbell but unfortunately it’s in shade too much of a time; being under the porch roof I knew that this one would have the same problem. So this time I purchased the solar plate that mounts separate from the doorbell, so this one shouldn’t have to be dismounted for charging. Even without the charger, it seems like the battery is stronger than the old one so should last longer even without the charging system.
