Why did I fail to connect with the APP?
Please check if you have downloaded the correct app. It is only compatible with Lepro app. ( Do NOT download the “Lepro LampUX” or Smart Life app which is not compatible).
Do I have to turn on Wifi and Bluetooth before connecting?
Yes, both wifi and Bluetooth must be turned on before connecting. Otherwise, it may cause you to not search for the device or fail to connect. It’s also best to keep both on during use to ensure proper functionality.
Why does the connection fail even when I turn on the wifi?
Please check if you are using 2.4GHz wifi. Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. ( NOT support 5ghz)
Why didn’t I receive the verification code in my email when I was trying to register an account on Lepro app？
It might have been classified into the spam folder or another folder, so please check carefully a few more times.
Why did I fail to connect with the Alexa?
Please ensure the bulb is connected to the Wi-Fi network before using Alexa to control it. After Account Linking, if your device is not found in Alexa, perform a ‘discover devices’ operation by simply stating “discover devices” using voice commands.

The lights are bright enough, although the white in particular is not very bright. Even though the wind is not very bright it is bright enough to improve visibility. I use these underneath my kitchen cabinets to illuminate all the counter space beneath. I’ve also use these along the top crown molding in my entire living space. The app that pairs with the devices is adequate it allows you to not only control individual strips, but also group them together so you can control them all at once. The app as additional functionality such as allowing your phone to be the source of the sound that can control the lighting. You can also use the app to listen to the surroundings via your phone microphone, which can also control the lighting to the beat of music or speaking or other noise. You can also control the light strip partially meaning that you can turn off or change parts of the light strip to be certain colors by drawing on the light strip within The application. The adhesive that they are using is good enough to hold most surfaces. They also include some separate tabs that can be used to hold the strip in place as well with screws. I ordered the hundred foot length which came with two separate 50 foot strips and during installation I had ripped one of them because of the warning label that had been wrapped around both the adhesive tape covering and the strip itself when I pulled on the adhesive tape covering expose the adhesive tape. It ended up ripping the strip itself, which unfortunately made it nonfunctional. I emailed them late on a Tuesday evening and they got back to me on the same evening. They replaced the strip free of charge with fulfillment through Amazon. They also offered to refund my purchase at the halfway point since half of the strip had failed. They have earned my five star review because even though I accidentally ripped the light strip, they replaced it without expecting me to pay for more. I even ordered an extra hundred foot to put up in other areas on my home.

The lights are great when it comes to its brightness and the multicolor feature BUT my only problem is the fact that it is strictly app based. It does not come with a remote which I prefer since it is faster. My problem is that the lights only work when using the app which can be a problem if you don’t have any device available at the time then the app only works if you are connected to Wifi and Bluetooth and if its connection is good.I have tried to use the apps and change my lights but it didn’t work at all because I guess my wifi connection was poor. I could not use any of the features or change the colors. Even when closing the app, it did not work until I disconnected and reconnected my wifi on my phone. the only thing I can do without needing the app is press the on/off button.Lights are great, good adhesive, easy to install, but take in consideration that it is only app based.

Do not buy these! They’re not even close to being worth the price!
I’ve purchased $10 dollar light strips that were better than this. Unfortunately I waited to put them up, so I cannot return them. This is by far the worse light strip I’ve ever had. Here’s why.1. It came opened and tampered with.2. The adhesive was pulling off and sticking to the the ribbon when installing. Making it very difficult to install. It took forever.3. No physical remote? Laughable for the price.4. The app requires your precise location to connect. Why? They’re lights. Why do they need my location?5. They’re so fragile, the strip tore on while I was installing the last 5 feet, making it not completely light up.I bought these because they were the brightest I could find. I bought many different brands of these type of lights and installed many times for family and friends. I bought these for my house and it was a complete waste of money. They’re going in the trash.

I bought the Lepro S1 AI LED Strip Lights for my granddaughter’s room, and they are a huge hit!The installation was incredibly easy—I had them set up and running in minutes. The lights look amazing and really transformed her space. She absolutely loves all of the color choices and especially loves how easy it is to control the lights using the app on her iPhone. These strip lights are awesome. This is a great Company that looks after all their customers.I in was using Govee before but their adhesive was pitiful, and poor quality. People say this app is not great, it when you take the time to learn how to operate it, you will realize that it is better than competitors like Govee. I have purchased their other products and they have good quality and support and will always look after you.I highly recommend.

Excellent Product , I used this long strip with Ai to illuminate boxes in my gaming room set up. It’s works great, many different choices that are pre programmed . Note , I have asked you cannot cut this unit or the AI will not work . Great product for me !

I installed them the day I received them , loved them and how easy they were to install and operate I instantly ordered a second setOnly 1 little issue I had was when peeling the white paper off of the back of the light some of the adhesive stuck to the paper , therefor creating a area that wouldn’t stick . It was a easy problem to solve with the extra adhesive that cones with the lights though
