The Best Robot Vacuum/Mop Cleaning Product I Have Ever Owned!
The best robot vacuum I have ever had an absolute workhorse!I will have to give this product top marks in everything I can think of, from its functionality to just how easy it was to setup even the minimal maintenance to keep it functioning at peak condition. I have been absolutely amazed by just how well the M3 works.The goal of my purchase was to find something that could clean the house daily, mop a few times a week and vacuum the rest, keep itself clean and take all the dirt and dirty mop water and offload all of the waste into a base station so it is all in one place to make it easy to change once every couple months. If I could find something that would rotate cleaning different rooms on different days and in different modes then all the better. The more I looked the more I realized just how big of an ask that was. I will say, when I came across the M3, the price point made me pause, since I wasn’t keen on spending that much money on something I couldn’t confidently say it will do everything I need it to do and more. The other issue I was concerned about was how loud it might be while it toiled away cleaning because I work on my computer from home, when I’m not spending those hours cleaning. This said the M3 seemed to check all my boxes for what I was looking for, and after using it for this time I can confidently say “man it was worth it!” and the concern about the noise? the M3 has a mode so quiet it doesn’t even wake the cat up! and the standard setting is no louder than a white noise machine making it easy to get work done while the M3 works## As a suggestion, in order to clean the on board dust bin and HEPA filter screen I have the M3 begin cleaning and pause its cleaning once it has left the base station, then I can remove the magnetic cover and dust bin to clean and then have the M3 return to base to recharge. When the M3 returns to the base station it becomes suctioned to the station and cannot be pulled out or removed easily. So it wont fall out, but you will also need it exit the base station in order to do any daily maintenance.The last thing I will say about the M3 is the ease of use of their APP and just how much flexibility you have with its function. The Lefant customer service is top tier, they have always returned my emails within 24 hours and at most 2 days. Every time they have always done everything they can to assist with my questions, concerns or queries even ones I have had about replacement parts for even more long term maintenance or if I cant figure out how to work some function on their APP.All said I give this product a 10 out of 10! and call it an absolute workhorse!

I am only giving this product one star because Amazon won’t let me leave less !!I purchased the Lefant M3 for my wife as a christmas present. It worked flawlessly ONE time. The next day it malfunctioned and never worked again. It continued to just turn on and go in reverse for a few seconds before saying “help I’m stuck”I requested assistance from the manufacturer. They asked me to do a soft reset on the machine … no change they then asked me to do the hard reset. No change. They then asked for information such as my Amazon purchase number and serial number which is standard operating procedure I assume. I provided this information. They then asked for a video of the machine when I turn it on… ok did that. To which they then replied can you provide the error log from the app… did that. They then responded by saying they think it’s a sensor failure but wanted me to clean them and video it so they could see how I clean the sensors on a BRAND NEW MACHINE!!!!! Did that. They then asked for pictures of the floor it cleaned like it’s my fault their machine doesn’t work! They also asked again for the Amazon order number which I had already supplied. Then they asked for the error log again !! They asked for more pictures again and again !! Now mind you this is all happening by email and they are all one day apart! My wife opened this on Christmas Day it malfunctioned on December 26th and it’s now January 6th. Ten days of jumping through hoops ! This company did nothing but make me jump through hoop after hoop and did nothing to ease my troubled mind.

Good and not so good
I have mixed feelings about this vacuum. My prior from a competitor recognized magnetic strips as a virtual wall and kept it out of trouble. This one does not.I have a very thin area rug that this model somehow gets its mop pads stuck underneath and they pop off. This model also tends to go under a coffee table and gets tangled up in power cords and the edge of the carpet. So sadly it DOES need to be babysat in my home.The vacuum feature is very good and though it may seem like this guy gets list or wanders around like a drunken sailor, it does seem to hit all areas. The suction appears to be strong and I have no issues with vacuum performance.As for mopping, it is not much more than a light damp mopping and so don’t expect much there. I don’t feel the mopping feature is worth any extra cost. I will see when I have to empty the bin. I have not been notified yet that it needs emptied and I have it mop once a week. Also since my carpet is so low it is not recognized as carpet so it gets mopped too. Thankfully the moisture is so low that it is not a big problem.Noise level…It’s pretty powerful little dude so yes, you can hear it. It’s a vacuum. I pause cleaning if I have to take a call.Overall it is a good vacuum but it still has a couple downsides for me.

Amazing Robot Vacuum, Does exactly what’s it suppose to do Has great suction power, it pick ups everything haven’t had any complains, I love it how it changes from vinyl flooring to carpet with ease and how it turns up full power when it goes into carpet, App itself it’s Extremely easy it has a bunch of features you could choose from, It’s amazing how it scans your whole house and let you afterwards choose from vacuuming the whole house or in sections, You can also name each individual room, The noise level it’s decent enough you can also choose different settings if you wanted quiet enough if you’re working from home, Value seems fair like I mentioned before haven’t had any complaints.
