Why won’t my gateway connect to Wi-Fi?
Ensure the gateway is within 330ft (100m) of the router in open areas using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (5GHz unsupported). Range reduces with obstacles.
Will I be notified if my device disconnects from the network?
The sub-device contains a built-in battery, such that even in the event of a network disconnection, it can actively sound an alarm if the temperature exceeds the threshold, thereby providing an alert.
Why does my device keep disconnecting?
Common causes: 1) Closing app breaks Bluetooth connections 2) Exceeding range limits (230ft/70m max open area, 100ft/30m with obstacles). Keep devices within range and avoid obstructions.
Why is there no alarm sound from my device?
Alarms are muted by default. Adjust volume in peripheral device settings.
How to turn off the beeper alarm?
To ensure optimal temperature monitoring and timely alerts, when the buzzer alarm activates, you must approach the device and briefly press the side button to silence it.

Peace of mind for breast milk stash!
You can’t even make this up: I got this installed — super easy set up btw, though I imagine elderly folks in my life might need a bit of assistance for the app portion — and no joke, the power went out that night. So we got to test it immediately, and it worked! It alerted my phone and the beeper on the actual device went off. The temperature was so sensitive that I actually increased the temperature at which it alarms. That being said, you can also select a setting that makes it take some time to alert so it doesn’t alarm every time you open it or something.I definitely wanted the phone compatibility to get alerts if I’m away. It did send me a notification when the power was out, so I’m pleased with the wireless connectivity and range, and I could slightly hear it inside my house even thought freezer is in the garage. The sound is loud enough but not piercing.It felt high quality and looks nice. I got two, and used the second one on my fridge since we sometimes have fresh pumped milk in there and we had a couple times where the door didn’t close all the way. It matches my freezer and looks nice, but doesn’t match my fridge and I still don’t think it looks bad.The read speed is good, and I love being able to see the temperature data over time in the charts that the app provides.

Seriously a good product
This is exactly what I needed. I put one in my fridge on the bottom back shelf and attached the connected module to the outer side of my fridge under a cabinet lip. Don’t even notice it.The other is in my deep freeze.The main module is in my living room. They are each about 20ft from one another in a triangle pattern in my home.The deep freeze is thru a wall between the others and it detects just fine. A separate temp agrees with the device for temperature accuracy.The only slight negative is they come with these black double sided tapes to attach inside the freezer but the freezer is so cold the tape doesn’t stick.The outside pieces are magnetic so that’s great.I want another one to put outdoors lol.The best part is setting the range for each device. I tested it and the alarms are pretty loud.I get an email and phone notification but I haven’t figured out how to get the app notification to make sound.Anyway….. for the price I am more than impressed.
