Smart home tech that actually works
This is probably my third “smart” lock I have purchased, with all of the previous ones having various issues such as quickly draining batteries, poor connectivity, not locking properly,etc. So I honestly had low expectations for this one. But I am happy to say it well exceeded what I was expecting. 1. The app is easy and quick to use. As soon as you make a change in the app it works on the lock. For example, I had friends coming to let my dogs out while I was out of town and I was able to set up a temporary pin that would work only for the dates I specified. I loved that. And it worked flawlessly. 2. Fingerprint reader. I was skeptical about this working in the long term because my porch gets direct sunlight however, I haven’t had any issues and it has worked perfectly since I programmed it. 3. This thing auto locks with the quickness. As soon as I close my door, auto lock done. I don’t even have to worry about remembering if I locked the door or not. 4. It keeps a history in the app of the locks and unlocks as well as who did the locking and unlocking. Could be a perk for you if you have kids or teenagers. 5. Installation is pretty simple. My husband installed it himself in like 30 minutes and we were up and running. 6. It looks fancy and feels high quality. I love how it doesn’t make my front door look ugly and it even tells me how much battery I have left in the app. I might have to get another one for my backdoor.

Great lock!
Easy to set up and the app isn’t hard to navigate at all. It functions just as advertised and I love the fact that it has so many ways to open the lock. It comes with 5 keys, plus you can unlock with a fingerprint, code, or using the app. The only downside, if you want to call it that, is that each person who wants a fingerprint has to download the app and set up an account. For the price, it’s definitely worth it!

Great smart lock!
After being in a new house for a while, I was really missing the smart lock I left in the previous house so after looking for a while, I decided to finally get a new one. This design caught my eye and also the fingerprint options which I didn’t have before. It was a really good choice. First of all, color is great, it comes with all the necessary for an easy installation. Took me about 30 minutes to install. Programming was pretty easy too, manual explains it step by step. Now with 4 kids growing up, I was able to set a passcode and their own fingerprint for the wife and 4 kids so we don’t have to bother with missing keys anymore. Still it comes with 5 keys in case it runs low on battery. The lock quality is pretty smooth, battery life so far is pretty strong after a month a few days. Able to control it via app is a great plus. You can provide a 1 time code for a visitor or a delivery person. You can unlock it via the app too! All of these good features at a great value. Overall is a great smart lock and very happy with it.

From there, we knew we needed something more practical.Since we installed this lock, everything feels easier and safer. The black color looks very nice and modern on the door, and combines very well with the house. You can tell that it is a strong and good quality product.The installation was simple, the instructions are clear and we had no major complications. It also gives us peace of mind to know that it resists water, so there is no worry when it rains.What I value most is the comfort it gives my mom. You no longer have to keep an eye on the keys, and that has made your daily life much simpler.As a point to improve, it would be ideal if the instructions were available in more languages, so that anyone can understand them more easily. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the experience.

Happy with the look
I am happy with the Lock. It looks very classy on my Door. Actually, my door now looks terrible with how shiny it is. Installation was fairly easy. I liked how the instructions had QR codes for the different videos to watch; Installation or setup or programming.I have setup myself, my husband and our 2 kids (19 and 14) with codes and fingerprints. I was having issues with using the lock button when leaving, but then I figured out I just need to give a little pull when locking with the button. I will contact support, because I don’t have an issue when using the app to lock the door.The fingerprint response is quite fast. I am happy with my purchase so far.
