I’m thrilled with this biometric door handle! I installed it on my front door and it’s been a game changer. Installation was easy and took me less than 20 minutes with just a screwdriver.The fingerprint reader is the star of the show. It’s fast and accurate, recognizing my fingerprint almost instantly. It’s so much more convenient annd functional , especially when my hands are full. Setting up the fingerprints was also very easy.The keypad is a great alternative. I can set a temporary code for guests or a permanent one for regular access. It also includes a set of traditional keys, so there’s no need to worry about being locked out if the batteries die.The lock feels solid, well-built, and looks very sleek and modern on my door. I have my own painting studio finished and I was looking for a “smart” kind of lock because I need to lock the door, also I don’t want to bring a key to open it/lock it every time. I’ve been eyeing on this one for a long time but was not sure how it works. So finally it went on sale and I decided to try it. I LOVE IT! It’s an indoor lock so for me, I don’t really need weather resistant or whatever. It was very easy to install, just make sure you don’t forget to put the little cable through the back part too. The back cover has a little spring so it was easy to open and remove for installing battery.For the functions, it works well. I set up finger print, ID cards and also PIN code. They were all easy to set up. Then it take 1 sec to unlock using finger print. Then the ID card you just need to make sure you put them between the marks, because you can’t just put it anywhere on the handle. It unlocks fast too. Pin code is easy to use but I rarely use it because the finger print works so well. It’s been about a month and I don’t have a problem with it.The good thing is it also comes with the usb port on the outside, it is for emergency power supply so you can unlock the door and change battery. Oh what a lifesaver! Because when I first installed it, I didn’t see the battery in it and I put in an old battery i guess, so it died right after I set everything up and locked me out! So I found the usb port and read the instruction and plugged it in with my battery charger and it worked, so I opened the door and was able to change the battery. Thoughtful design.

The fingerprint reader works fast and unlocks the door almost instantly.I like that you don’t need an app for this version — it’s simple and does exactly what it should. The keypad is also a nice backup option, just in case. It feels solid and well made, not cheap at all.

Easy to use and feels secure
This fingerprint door lock has been great for our home. Setup was straightforward, and it’s easy to add multiple fingerprints. I like that I can also use a keypad if needed. It feels solid and secure, and the keyless entry is really convenient for busy mornings. Works exactly as described—very happy with it.

Lock Works Fine – No issues at all with the Lock. It installed very easily. The handles appear to be very sturdy and look very good.The app initially has Annoying cat or right side If you click on it, it opens a screen wanting you to buy various services at monthly rates and other features. You can get this to go away by tapping on the cat and getting a drop down menu. Hit the “X” in the corner and the cat will go away.One thing to be aware of when setting up passcodes is that they must be numeric only, 6-10 digits non sequential, and every user must have a unique pass code.

Works Great, Lots of Fun, Excellent Value
This is basically an indoor lock intended for light use to control access to an adjacent room or space at a great price. However, within those limits it works great and is lots of fun at an excellent price based upon several weeks of use. Setup is a breeze other than the instructions being a bit sparse regarding establishing your Admin account or accounts. Basically, one just needs to use the included code to establish an Admin fingerprint or code using the #1 option. Thereafter, that code can establish other Admins or regular codes or prints. The fingerprint feature works flawlessly. Same with the card and codes. However, are rarely needed since the prints work so well. Looks cool as well assuming it fits with the setting. We use ours to control access to a steep set of cellar stairs. Ensuring our grandkids or elderly parents don’t wander into danger. In summary, highly recommended for light indoor use.

This lock looks great and was easy to install.The fingerprint scanner works in a snap,and having keypad ,app key back up is super convenient. This autolock is a great feature.The app setup was little fiddly but overall it’s a great modern upgrade for my door.
