(Update 12/17/25: Changing my review rating as the company has been amazing to work with. After this review, I was contacted by the support team. They are working on firmware to address the height issues. For me, the key to a good tech company is the support and they have been very responsive. After spending some time with E25, I can confidently say the roller mop is the way to go. Other designs with spinning pads should be considered obsolete. The way this thing cleans the roller as it goes, simply cannot be beat and is extremely efficient. Spinning pads are rotating dirt on your floor, simple as that. This unit also creates a nice 3D map, and does it extremely quickly. It never gets lost, and it always knows exactly where it is in the house. I will further update this review as the E25 firmware progresses.)Ok, this thing has some pretty great tech. The mapping is awesome. The height however is a serious problem that eufy refuses to fix. (I connected with support). It does not clean under kitchen cabinets along the toe kick… they know about it and have no plans to change it. It treats our couch as a wall, and won’t go under that either. Just idiotic. Not sure how this thing is getting good reviews considering these glaring problems. Stay away if you want under your cabinets clean. Cant believe I even need to say that….

Good value even at the price
This is now my wife’s good friend. Have been using for 3 and a half months. Does a good job on my hardwood floors. Bathroom floor mats sometimes get stuck in the sweeper rollers. Double sided tape for the mats down should solve that issue.It works well for daily mopping and vacuuming on hardwood floors. It will suck up any random small objects it shouldn’t. If it starts sounding different than usual, you’ll want to take a look at the underside. Long hair will get caught on every moving part but the wheels.The Android phone software works well enough. Sometimes the robot gets confused on room boundaries so I needed to set exclusion zones. Also set small exclusion zones to prevent it from bumping into things it shouldn’t.

Best robot out of four purchased.
Bought this as a replacement for two other robots. Did not realize that it also had the mop feature and that is my fault. Reviewed so many cleaning robots I ordered the wrong one.With all that this is the best robot we have purchased yet. Had an issue and customer service was quick to respond.Cleans very good. Two dogs, two birds and two to four people and gets the majority. It is not perfect and needs to be cleaned periodically. Needs to have brushes replaced and the mop roller replaced. For the money the best robot cleaner we have ever bought. I would buy this again. This is after daily usage over 6 months.

I bought a new robot vacuum but this one had dust and mud like substance in the box which I had to throw out because of the smell.Also the transparent stickers and all were there like it was new but then there was smudges and water marks inside and on the robot vacuum.I like the vacuum and don’t know if it’s too late to return because I don’t have the boxes anymore. But I’d rather return and get a new one hoping the shipping people made a mistake or something.Mop and vacuum seems ok I think. I just had it for a 13 hours. I have to test it. But the mapping system is very bad in my opinion. Hopefully it adjust overtime. I cannot adjust or shape the apartment like in the videos I saw before buying. I will have to take out all the furnitures first and then let it map and then put the furnitures back. Which I partially did but still the vacuum missed almost 300sq ft of my apartment. It does the mapping so fast that I think if it takes its time and scan properly it might just do it properly.It also vacuums very fast even though I keep the settings on deep clean. It’s good if it actually cleans properly but it miss a lot of spot.I like the roller mop but it leaves wet marks when it climbs over even 1.5mm of doorway or anything.Update on my previous reviewMapping: the vacuum maps itself after a few clean so if you give it a few tries with your home furniture in place and no obstacles around it should map out your apartment/house accordingly and with almost perfect accuracy.About the item coming in dirty and smelly. The seller messaged me personally and offered full refund for damaged box and the water that had worked its way into the box. I offered to return the vacuum but they insisted I keep it and let them know if there is any any that arise. I never expected to keep my money and the vacuum both. I kinda feel bad in a way because I could always return it but the seller made sure and insisted I keep the vacuum!!! Unreal customer service.The 5 star is for the customer service and I’d give the eufy vacuum a 4.5 star overall.Thank you Regina for the great customer service!

I am visiting my elderly mother from New York. I brought Eufy RoboVac with me from the U.S., thinking that she may not use it. But she loved it so much that I decided to order another one for the first floor. This way she does not have to carry it from the second floor when she wants to clean the first floor. I was a bit worried since this item is used. But, it looks just as new and worked perfectly. The RoboVac cleaned the first floor perfectly. The only thing that it did not have was a remote controller, which I did not realize. But I just ordered it from Amazon. My mother is extremely happy with the item. It’s convenient to have the RovoVac especially for elderly people. I highly recommend this item.

Lo he usado por casi un mes y concluyo esto:Tengo dos perros y limpia bastante bien todo su pelo.Hace poco ruido, se escucha trabajar, pero no molesta.Mi casa es pequeña y la batería me permite limpiar 3 días sin tener que cargarla.La primera carga completa tardó como 6 horas, pero las siguientes como 3 horas. Yo la apago con el switch de abajo cada que termina y he notado que así dura más la batería.Tengo dos tipos de piso, uno cerámico y otro vinílico, en el cerámico limpia perfecto a la primera pasada, pero en el vinílico le cuesta más recoger todo el pelo de perro, ahí prefiero barrer y de vez en cuando usar la aspiradora.El cepillito incluido permite limpiar la aspiradora de forma sencilla y rápida.Los materiales parecen de calidad.El control remoto es muy útil para guiarla cuando limpia, incluso más que la app, esa solo la utilizo para revisar la batería.En general estoy satisfecha con la aspiradora porque limpia mejor que yo el pelo de perro y el polvo, se nota mucho la diferencia. La limpieza del piso ahora es más rápida y menos cansada. Solo espero que dure muchos años.
