Willie –
Great Smart Plug!
This smart plug was recognized by my Smart Life app and was set up within five minutes. I was then able to connect a lamp to the plug and set this up within five minutes with both Alexa and Google Home. I would definitely recommend this smart plug for any home!

Does what it says on the tin
It’s great. Works exactly as intended

Perfect
I’m not very tech friendly so setting it up was stressful, but after an hour I figured it out. Once it’s connected it is very easy to use and super convenient. I used the smart plug to control the UVA/UVB light fixture for my parrot. I can turn it on and off even when I’m not home and I have it set to a daily schedule so I don’t have to think about turning it on and off.

Plugs work well. Discription of connection to WiFi and Alexa poor.
I purchased the plugs to use them with Alexa. The plugs worked as described. However, directions on their use were not helpful. After watching a YouTube video I was able to connect to the plugs to my WiFi router. Final recognition of the plugs to Alexa took some extra effort. I only gave the plugs 4 stars because of the lack of detail in the directions.

Works Great, Simple Setup
These really work great, quick and easy setup with the SmartLife app, integrates with Google Home, so far the most reliable ones i have tried, i have many of these and will be buying more.
Melissa D. –
Simple and easy!
Timer worked beautifully. All I had to do was plug it in and it came right up on the SmartLife app. Setup was easy and intuitiveLights turned on and off as scheduled
Dana –
One small disappointment, but overall a solid purchase
Works great – the only thing that’s been a little annoying is that I can only get them to work through an app on my phone and not Alexa, but that is still pretty good
Ashley M –
Ok
Would like it better if I didn’t have to download another app. Yes it can be linked to Alexa but have to download another app to link it to Amazon.
Jason Siemens –
I’ve had a bunch of smart plugs over the years and these are by far easiest to setup and have so far been very reliable. It’s actually a painless/intuitive user experience when pairing them with Google Home. Had them working within 2 minutes of opening the box. The only thing to keep in mind is that they are 2.4ghz, not 5ghz devices (so check if your router supports this). I’d recommend to non-techie friends and family
Val –
Love the smart plugs. I should have gotten them sooner. No more having to unplug a cord every nite or shut off a lamp. I just have to ask Alexa to do it for me. Life is so much better
Star –
I ordered these in July but let them sit until September before trying to set up. I already have six functioning smartplugs controlled by Alexa…no problems with them. I’ve spent a couple hours trying to get these new ones to work. I don’t know why but I can’t set up a schedule or control thru Alexa (yes wifi/bluetooth are connected). All I can do is push the button on the device so, ya, useless.

Always look into if your router merges the 2 and 5GHz channels together into one. If it’s broadcasting at 2,then use any one you want, the 2 or the 5. If it’s broadcasting at 5GHz,then the 2 won’t work (can’t connect, will work as a manual plug) you will have to buy the 5GHz plugs instead.

So easy! I should have bought more. I’m very much not a techy person but I needed to figure out how to have lamps come on when I wasn’t home. These were SO simple! I followed the app, and got them working, and then used the Alexa app to integrate it with other home automation. I’d highly recommend!
