Q1: Why splatters when quickly releasing steam?
– Too-much-fluid recipes will cause splatters (ex. soups, stews), it’s recommend to stay the ‘Seal’ position, and release steam naturally.
For most recipes, releasing steam naturally for a few minutes after cooking has finished, and then releasing steam quickly, will be applied to most recipes without much fluid.
Q2: Why the Slow Cook setting isn’t hot after a long time preheat?
– It’s a normal situation. Longer cooking time, more nutrients will be lost, to better lock the food nutrients, a good slow cooker will keep a low temperature to avoid nutrients lost much after hours cooking, and still keep a tender and juicy taste.
Q3: When to open the lid?
– After the float value has dropped, you can open the lid.
Q4: What are the orange dots in lid and pot base?
– They are indicated marks to let you close and secure the lid more easily. Align the orange dot on the lid with the orange dot on the pressure cooker base, and then twist clockwise.

Fast, reliable, and perfect for daily use
We use this COSORI pressure cooker daily in our house, and it cooks faster than other cookers we’ve tried. The quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy and well built. The weight gives it a solid feel, and the 6QT size is perfect for family meals without taking up too much space. The inner pot has good thickness and feels durable. It’s easy to use, heats quickly, and cleans up easily thanks to the non-stick ceramic pot. For the performance, quality, and durability, this cooker offers great value for money. Overall, it’s a reliable appliance that makes everyday cooking faster and easier.

    A must have
First experience with a 9 in 1 ever, and I love it! This 6 QT appliance is a dinner saver when one has no time or not enough for a meal preparation. It is very easy to use, very intuitive, and there are plenty of recipes on the net. I have made already a lot of soups, stews, and brown basmati rice cooking (20 min). The last dish was a mongolian chicken in the pressure cooker for 5 min high pressure (no keep warm function) with 10 min NPR (letting sit the presdure cooker to release the steam “naturally”). I love its big capacity when I make soup or goulash, etc. The 9 in 1 means it this appliance can replace 9 of them:pressure cook, rice cooker, steamer, sterilizer, sous-vide, slow-cooker, instant cooker, yogurt maker and chauffe-assiettes. One can saute the ingredients first. Very easy to use, and it is also a big space saver on the counter. Presets include porridge, oat, stew/broth, ferment (if you make surdough bread)…To be honest, it is the first appliance I enjoy washing. No risks of elbow grease wasted thanks to the ceramic pot. I wash by hand though. For the price it costs, one should buy it, even I f like me, you have always felt a bit scared by pressure cooker. This one is electric and safe. If something wrong, it stops. The Seal/Vent button is away from the steam release valve so no risk to burn your fingers when releasing the steam which is angled released to prevent burns. That being said, always be vigileant, never open the lid of a pressure cooker full of steam without activating the steam release button!!! The included booklet must be read before use, it is great for instructions, recipes and safety.Great appliance, functionality and price! Do not hesitate, it is a steam steal!

The Best Pressure Cooker I’ve Ever Owned – COSORI Has Outdone Themselves
I’ve only had the COSORI Pressure Cooker 6 qt, 9-in-1 Instant Multi Kitchen Appliance for two days, and I can already tell you this: it completely blows the Instant Pot out of the water. I’m not exaggerating. I’ve used different multi-cookers in the past and always ended up just “okay” with them—until now. COSORI nailed it with this one, and I’m officially a brand loyalist. I already own a few of their other products, and with this pressure cooker, I’ve basically become a full-on COSORI fanboy.Let’s start with the nonstick ceramic inner pot. This thing is next-level. Unlike other cookers I’ve used that claim to be “nonstick,” this one actually delivers. I made shredded chicken the first night, and absolutely nothing stuck to the bottom. Clean-up took less than a minute—no soaking, no scrubbing, just a quick wipe and rinse. That might not sound like a big deal to some people, but for me, it’s a game changer. I cook a lot, and I hate dealing with stuck-on food or flaking coatings. This ceramic pot is super smooth and easy to clean, and it feels way more durable than others I’ve owned. The build quality is solid. It looks and feels premium. The controls are intuitive and responsive. The display is clear, and the button layout actually makes sense (you’d be surprised how many companies mess that up). Switching between modes is fast and smooth, and the preheat time is quicker than what I’m used to. Every function I’ve tried so far—pressure cook, sauté, slow cook, and rice—has worked flawlessly. I’ve gotten consistent, delicious results with minimal effort. The sauté function deserves its own shoutout. A lot of these multi-cookers have underpowered sauté modes that feel like you’re trying to brown meat with a hair dryer. Not this one. It heats up quickly and actually gets hot enough to develop a nice sear, which is something I’ve struggled to get from other pressure cookers.Another little thing I love: it’s quiet. It doesn’t hiss or make a bunch of unnecessary noise during the cooking process. When pressure is released, it’s controlled and not as violently loud as I’ve experienced with other models.I also really appreciate that COSORI didn’t overcomplicate the design. It has 9 useful functions and doesn’t try to be something it’s not. There’s no gimmicky “yogurt” button or some obscure mode I’ll never use. Everything on here makes sense and has a purpose.Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about it. I know some people might be looking for a “but…” at this point, but there isn’t one. From unboxing to cooking to cleaning, this has been a perfect experience. I almost wish I had more complaints just to sound balanced, but nope—this thing is just that good.Final Thoughts:If you’re in the market for a pressure cooker, or even if you already own an Instant Pot or something similar, do yourself a favor and upgrade to the COSORI. The nonstick ceramic pot alone is worth it, but the performance and design push it into a league of its own. I never thought I’d get excited about a kitchen appliance, but here I am, writing a glowing review like it’s a new car or something. This pressure cooker has officially earned a permanent spot on my kitchen counter. And now I’m eyeing even more COSORI products to add to my collection. Safe to say, I’m all in.Rating: 5 out of 5. Would give 6 if I could.

    Easy and Impressive Pressure Cooker
I had never used a pressure cooker before and was a little nervous, worried I might “blow up the house.” The directions were clear and easy to follow. I did the recommended pre-cook test before using and was thrilled with the tasty brisket I cooked. It was ready in much less time than using the oven or crockpot. Definitely one of my best buys!

This pressure cooker is a dream, so many cooking options, functions and really easy to navigate. I love the vent/seal slider and the fact that its location means your hand never needs to go near the steam release valve.I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it is when in use.Ive only had it 24 hours and have used both the ‘Saute’ and ‘Rice’ programmes to make a rice pudding. Saute heats up really quickly, minutes! I used the Rice programme, set time to 15 minute the 5 beeps when cooking completed were audible but not annoying. I allowed the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes – perfect Rice pudding in 30 minutes from start to finish compared to 1.5 to 2 hours in an oven!Love how the lid can be rested in a slot on the outside of the unit. (I should add that its not a hinged rest, needs to be lifted up and out )The unit sits nicely on the worktop, its a great size and looks good. The inner pot has a lovely finish & the bottom of it is flat and not domed and its a breeze to clean tooI cant wait to try more programmes and the ‘Delay Start’ timer in the next few days!If you’re pondering as to whether or not to buy this, I’d say go for it, its really great value for money!

Second Corsori product in two weeks I am so impressed by this brand and love this pressure cooker it isn’t the cheapest on Amazon but I believe you get what you pay for and with the Cosori blaze I have everything in the kitchen covered. It does so many things the pressure cooker is brilliant so easy to use and so quiet not like the dreadful ones in the last I cooked a Gammon joint in 40 mins it was perfect to brown in just popped in the air fryer. I believe it is great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this brand tonight it’s the stew setting, a stew in 50 minutes amazing!
