Great for pets!
Great vacuum and mop! We have a cat and this takes care of all the hair she sheds! I love that it self empties so I don’t have to worry about that too often. The mop is detachable so you can just throw it in the washer when it gets dirty. Holds a good amount of water. The mapping feature is really cool, it got the layout of my place down really well. It doesn’t trip over rugs, hasn’t gotten stuck at all so far. I like that it comes in a white color option. Really happy with this purchase!

Nope
How is it possible? This one is definitely not a 5 starts product. It stuck on something all the time and when hair stuck then the suction won’t work. Product is not suitable for home that has dog.

Cleans pretty good
Its cleans pretty well. I like the mop function, its not getting stuck like my previous mop robo. Good investment.

Not worth your money
The machine stopped working after 3 weeks.

Horrible Customer Service!
Good luck getting this working properly through the app. Reached out to the company, which is stated as customer service, received one response, but nothing to help me with the app use. The included instructions don’t mention much of this so I am unable to keep this item since I am unable to use. This may be a good product, but I will never know. It will be nice to get my money back and buy from a much better company who cares for their customers.

Wouldn’t recommend
Decent vacuum, mopping feature is horrible. Previously owned an IRobot vac and IRobot mop. This review is a comparison. This robot works better for vacuum function. I love that it maps rooms and cleans in a patterned structure, cross crossing the path instead of randomly bouncing around off my furniture and cabinets. It does a good job capturing debris and sucking up loose materials. It has a “max” suction setting, but even that, I don’t believe it would suck up coins laying about- the IRobot would. Cleaning pattern pictured below. The mop function is a waste of time. If you feel using 1 swiffer pad to clean a 14×14 room works well, you’ll love this mop. However, my experience is that it just becomes a dirty pad smearing dirt around on the floor. My floors are not a disaster (we don’t even wear shoes in our home), and I typically remove the pad, clean it and run the mop daily – still just produced smears all over the floor. The app itself is difficult to navigate and not well explained. Some of the functions are really cool, but without google, I’d have no idea what they meant. Even after getting a a schedule set for cleaning specific rooms at specific times, it sometimes will randomly start cleaning undesired rooms, getting itself jammed with bath rugs, etc.Keeping the unit for the vac function only, but disappointed because I was truly trying to replace my IRobot mop that stopped working. Wish I had spent a little more on a better unit to do both functions

Good Robotic cleaner with some issues.
I have been a Roomba customer for a long time, but I needed to make a change and I am far from disappointed. Overall this robotic vacuum delivers in most respects. It picks up better and has less issues with getting stuck than my Roomba ever did. Unfortunately I have to dock a star for the mopping feature and poor instructions. Don’t get me wrong, this robot works great on my vinyl floors and they are cleaner and shiner than they’ve ever been, but it couldn’t distinguish mopping between vinyl floors and the carpet or shaggy rugs. Ironically, it seemed to identify the flat rugs. Also, filling the mopping canister isn’t intuitive and the water poured out the back end. I read the directions, but they weren’t clear and I couldn’t find any instructional videos, so possibly I didn’t do something correctly, however that just reinforces my statement that it isn’t intuitive. I also haven’t been able to figure out scheduling. There isn’t as far as I can tell a separate app to create a schedule or create restricted areas. Some trouble shooting help: If the mopping plate is unlevel in any respect, the robot is unable to charge. If it is saying that the bag is full when it isn’t, try unclogging the vents manually. I don’t think any of these issues so far should be a discouragement from selecting this robot, though they are issues that deserve some consideration. Better instructions I am sure could help ameliorate some of these findings.

Great so far!
So far, so good. I haven’t had any issues with this vacuum. I really like how it maps out the house – that’s an interesting feature I’ve never had before on my last robot vacuums. It is very loud though when it empties itself out so be prepared lol
