How to Enable Passage Mode?
Enable Passage Mode in the TUYA app, then turn the door handle to enter—no password needed. (When your fingerprint is on the scanner, the lock lights up pink, meaning Passage Mode is activated successfully.)
Why can anyone unlock my lock ?
You may have enabled Passage Mode (indicator light is pink).You can choose to disable the passage mode in the app.
Can the Type-C port charge the lock?
The Type-C port is for emergency unlocking of the fingerprint lock in urgent situations, and is not suitable for charging the battery.
How many passwords and fingerprints can this lock create?
The fingerprint door lock can store a total of 200 users, including fingerprints, passwords, and cards, with a maximum of 100 fingerprints. (NOTE: The first three users added are the lock Administrators)

Great functionality at a great price
It’s an excellent lock that performs very well. Easy to install, setup and use. Fingerprint functionality is especially good, as is key card operation. Passage mode in settings turns auto lock off.

Very good quality, easy to install and configure with the app on your phone, you can open and close from your phone remotely, in addition, any anomalies notify you, the truth for my 10 out of 10.

A lock that doesn’t UNLOCK
HORRIBLE lock. Constantly doesn’t recognize my fingerprint and won’t unlock, yet when I try to add it again to the app, it says “fingerprint already added”Extremely frustrating but whatever – I just have been using the code which is unfortunately 6 digits minimum. Kind of frustrating.Well today it stopped unlocking completely, but still says “unlocked” in the app.Now I have no way to open my bedroom door at 10:30pm and unfortunately a locksmith at this hour runs around $300.Save your time, money, and most importantly your sanity, and don’t buy this.

wow this is the best of 5 different locks in my office building, the finger print reader was a little twitchy I installed it twice before it worked to my liking. but codes and the 2 key tags work great.

Stupid auto-lock
Installation was easy once I figured it out. I can’t find any information on how to turn off the auto-lock function. Having this on my backdoor with the auto-lock on will be a pain when we have guests over. I don’t want to be inconvenienced every time a guests want to go in the house..stop what I’m doing and unlock the door. If anyone knows how to turn auto-lock off PLEASE let me know

Great functional doorknob
Easy to install. Very functional. Solid door knob. Only issue is the instructions lack some information such as codes for different functions, had to search the Internet to find some codes.
