How to reset the headset?
In on status, long-press Volume”–” and MFB for 5 seconds to clear the pair records. The light is solid purple for 1 second, which mearis the pair record has been deleted. Then press and hold the multi-function button for 10s to reset and restart
Why does skype show the microphone cannot be detected affter my headset is connected to computer?
When you use software to make a call, check the settings of the computer and software, make sure to select [KH120M dongle] as the deffault output and input device. Besides, you can exit the software and login in again.Because it may not sync at first
Can I mute the microphone if I am not on a call?
Our wireless headset only support muting during a call or meeting. It doesn’t support muting if you are not on a call. Sorry for the inconvenience
What should I do if the Teams calls dropped ?
You can try to press the volume “–” button and hold the “MFB” button for more than 5s to clear the records and reset the headset and re-plug the adapter to give the adapter a new socket. Please disable the Teams buttons at the same time
Can I use the headset to answer or hang up calls?
If you use the headset with cell phone, you can answer/end calls through the MFB button on the headset. If you use the headset with computer, you need to answer/end calls through the mouse. NOTE: MFB button does not work with desk phones OR landlines

Comfortable, long lasting battery grea5 microphone sound and speakers sound
I had some cheap earphones with the microphone built in on the cable, but I got tired of them because you have to be careful the microphone doesn’t touch anything, or the person on the other side would hear it. I needed it a good quality headset with an affordable price and also a very comfortable headphone with a strong and stable microphone. I’m glad I found this headset. It was very easy to set it up and the controls are simple. It’s super comfortable and light. The sound quality is great. I can finally have a clear and hands free conversation while I’m walking, or even washing dishes. The sound cancelation is good because I was vacuuming and the person I was talking to could barely hear it. I love that it magnifies my voice over other background noises. I also use it to listen to music or any videos on YouTube and video calls. The battery lasts a long time and you get a voice warning when the battery is running low. You can charge it on the stand stand or directly connect the charging cable to the headset to charge it when you’re not at home with the stand. Yesterday, I had a three hour conversation over the phone and my ears didn’t hurt or felt any type of discomfort. Blootooth connectivity is great. I can walk to my back yard and the connection stays strong.

Decent headset replacement. My Jabra evo 75 failed again the other day so decided that it’s time for a replacement. Even tho I swear by my jabra, I wasn’t really happy about the jabra warranty program, essentially telling me to take a hike for a known mic issue. Anyways, I opted for a lower priced headset. And to my surprise, the quality is still very good. The noise cancellation is good, the mic boom reduces the environment sound is good, the battery life is good. Everything is good honestly, especially considering the price tag. It’s not amazing, but I am done with $300+ headsets to only works a couple of years. Would buy 3-4 of theses then 1 jabra any day. Highly recommend!

My teenage daughter went through 2 sets of expensive wired headphones and was asking for a wireless set for a long time.
