Eufy ecosystem works well
The Eufy ecosystem is very good, I’ve had it for five years now. Just needed more entry sensors which was easy to synchronize or connect to the WiFi and the system and it works well. The adhesive is good, it sticks properly to the surface of my window really good. I would recommend the entire Eufy ecosystem if you want a reliable security system for your home. Remember you can set up the entire system yourself. It’s that easy.

A Thumbs Up!
This is the second unit that I have bought. The first was about 4 years ago probably when eufy first brought it out. I was pleased with it then and am still. The device has proven to be completely reliable. I decided to alarm the my outside garage door which is used by service personnel on a regular basis.Mounting the two pieces was easy using the applied sticky pads. The sensor/transmitter per the instructions can be attached with screws. The two pieces can be installed on any standard and patio doors.The audio alert can be heard throughout my house as the volume and signal can be set in the app. The eufy home base and app allows me to receive notices on my phone when away.The sensor/transmitter uses a not so common battery that is said to last 8 months. I’ve changed the battery in my original unit once in 4 years.I’ve installed another manufacturer’s door and window sensors in another house. The unit is much smaller and uses 2032 batteries that in my experience don’t seem to last as long as the eufy battery. On a door the eufy size is not a problem.I can recommend it as I just bought my third unit.

Camera battery wouldn’t work!
I purchased 8 of Eufy cameras E30 First one was 2, then set of 4 and the last 2 a few days ago. All of them work so well. They’re better than S340 which is more expensive.However, one of the e30 cam has worked well for a few weeks. Then suddenly the camera battery wouldn’t keep the charge anymore. I had to purchase a separate solar panel to connect to this cam. It still wouldn’t charge well. This cam was purchased in a set of 4. I can’t return it just one unit but have to get all 4 down. Don’t know what to do with it! Hope the seller can help.

Works as expected
We have Eufy products all around our house. We have these on our doors as of right now and one went out so I had to buy a replacement. Connected to the app and it works just fine.

An all-round great product, set up was easy, and they are super reliable. I just took them out of the box, loaded the included batteries into them, and placed them on my door and door trim, and it worked like a charm. The adhesive strip on the back of them allows you to readjust the sensor and magnet a few times without losing any strength, so you can find the best spot to place them, making sure the gap between them is less than 4cm. When testing, I armed the security system and opened the door as if I were an intruder, and the alarms started blaring instantly. I also got a notification on my phone as soon as it happened. No regrets adding this to my security system

Another quality Eufy security device. These install easy and work perfect. The response time in my home is 1-2 seconds max. I use one on my main door as an arm and disarm spot and it provides that subscritpion hardware feel in a very smart DIY system.The considerations here will be related to install location. You have to have the little magnet no more than 4cm from the sensor so you need to make sure your mounting points are close enough together. Do you have thick door trim or a large gap between the door and a solid mounting point? Weird textures or recessed sidelight glass? Consider where you’ll put the pieces before you order and especially before you stick or screw them in. 4cm is a good distance and should work for most people.These make a great addition to my Eufy smart DIY security system.
